Modifications & Removal

• Listings may be modified for formatting, categorization, or compliance
• Reviews and listings are not removed by default. Removal requests must be submitted through official contact channels and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Prohibited Content

• Abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful material
• Illegal content or promotion of illegal activity

4. Payments & Billing

General

• Prices and availability are confirmed by the server at checkout
• All purchases are subject to verification

Refund Policy

• All sales are final
• No refunds for completed purchases, including cryptocurrency payments
• Refunds may be issued only in cases of:
  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical payment failures where no service was delivered
• Time-based features are non-refundable once activated, regardless of usage

5. Cryptocurrency Payments

By paying with cryptocurrency, you acknowledge that:

• Crypto transactions are irreversible
• Blockchain confirmations are final
• Network delays and fees are outside our control
• Payment completion depends on blockchain confirmation, not mempool acceptance

MouseyReviews is not responsible for delays, fees, or failures caused by blockchain networks or third-party payment processors.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

MouseyReviews reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• Restrict access to features or services
• Terminate accounts without prior notice in cases of abuse, fraud, or illegal activity

Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.

7. Availability & Liability

• No guarantee of uptime or uninterrupted service
• MouseyReviews is not liable for:
  • Lost revenue or missed promotions
  • Data loss or service interruptions
  • Third-party services, processors, or external links

8. Marketing Use

Listings, reviews, usernames, and publicly visible content may be used for marketing or promotional purposes, including screenshots or examples.

Private account information and email addresses are not used for advertising.
